Travel comfortably in an air-conditioned van, ascending 1,700 feet above sea level into Puerto Rico’s mountains, just a 35-45 minute drive from San Juan. The day’s highlight is a stunning, 130-foot waterfall tucked away at the end of a trail known mainly to locals and experienced by only a few visitors. The hike to the waterfall takes about 40-60 minutes, depending on fitness level. This is not a beginner’s hike but with some effort, it’s accessible for those up for a true outdoor adventure.

Upon arrival at this breathtaking waterfall, you’ll have ample time to bathe under its cascade, swim, or simply relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of flowing water. After an unforgettable time at the waterfall, we’ll return to the van and head to an authentic Puerto Rican restaurant, where you can enjoy a late lunch or early dinner (at your own expense).

    These trails are moderately challenging yet very beginner-friendly, making them ideal for first-time adventurers. While manageable, the area may feel more demanding for those unaccustomed to moderate physical activity. The terrain includes mild rock climbing and navigating obstacles like going over or under fallen trees.

  • What should I bring?

    • Towels
    • Bathing suit under your clothes (just in case you want to take a swim)k
    • Cash and Credit Cards (both)
    • Wear any type of shoes that you can walk 1-2 miles in with decent tread
    • Extra pair of socks

  • Is there food included?

    We will stop at an authentic Puerto Rican restaurant (at your own expense) to enjoy a late lunch or early dinner. The food is authentic and will be waiting for you on the table when you get there. There is an option for everyone. Vegan, vegetarian etc.… It’s like a family-style buffet.
